Who Are We?
Waterworks Professional Exteriors have specialized in cleaning Brisbane for 25 years. Our services include the exterior cleaning of homes, units, shopping centres, multi story and high-rise buildings.
From humble beginnings we expanded rapidly throughout the 90′s to become one of the most respected service providers in our field of endeavour.

With the onset of severe water restrictions imposed by the Queensland Water Commission (QWC) during the drought in early 2007, Waterworks Managing Director, Kevin Halpin was, elected by his peers (along with Sean White) at a meeting of disaffected Industry Contractors, to negotiate directly with the QWC to virtually shore up the Industry’s survival.
Following legal advice they created an Industry Association, the External Cleaning Industry Association (ECIA), which in conjunction with the QWC developed an Industry Code of Practice together with a Registration system for Contractors.
The ECIA held a series of Training Sessions, as a pre-requisite to Registration of Contractors with Commerce Queensland as Water Efficient Operators (WEO’s), for those who wished to use Town Water to continue to ply their trade, under restrictions which continue to operate today … some five years later.
The ECIA also played a significant role co-ordinating the mammoth task of cleaning up Brisbane following the January 2011 flood. During that time ABC Radio 612 4QR consistently advocated the use of ECIA Members who are still today regarded as superior service providers in the Industry.

We can also seal many of these surfaces.
